Dr. Lee and his staff (shout out to Alex) have made an orthodontic journey in my mid 30's truly as comfortable as possible. I came into the office with a lot of symptoms from premolar extractions in my childhood and a ton of dental trauma. Dr. Lee has made me feel at ease- heard, valued, understood and cared for 100%. He was the only orthodontist I consulted with who had me hold a mirror and explained positioning of my teeth, involving me in the process and genuinely excited to help me. My journey is not over yet- after a palate expander, I am now in Spark dental aligners to correct a lifetime of a bad bite. Any questions I have are answered quickly and with knowledge, care, empathy and understanding by Dr. Lee. The staff are always so warm and welcoming and so so friendly, it feels like family. I could not rate him or the practice highly enough!! Thanks Doc for all your help thus far. Excited to finish my ortho this year!

Nela Orthodontics is the absolute best!! My daughters teeth were in need of braces badly…Dr. Lee was so professional and always walked us through the next step in treatment.. They always accommodated appointments to fit my needs which was great! And staff was always friendly. Today my daughter gets her braces off after 2.5 years and its bitter sweet because we are going to miss coming here!! Thank you staff and Dr. Lee you are the best! And her teeth look perfect!🫶🏼

The office is clean and well-organized, the staff are accommodating and professional, and Dr. Lee is meticulous and does amazing work. He communicates well, and it's clear he takes pride in his work. By far the greatest dental experience I’ve had and the results are 10/10. I started Spark clear braces a year and a half ago and now I have a straight smile plus a way better bite and less jaw pain. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t imagine having a better experience.

Dr. Lee and his staff are warm and incredibly helpful throughout the entire treatment plan for both of my sons. I love that Dr. Lee takes a deep interest in the delivery of a quality smile without overprescribing aggressive solutions to get there. He takes pride in the beautiful smiles of his patients and the quality of his work shows in the before and after pictures. The office staff is always helpful in explaining benefits and payments. They’ve even been helpful in getting my sons switched over to a great pediatric dentist nearby who is also amazing. Carla is really supportive. I started with Dr. Lee with my youngest son and soon switched my oldest son from another Orthodontic office in Pasadena that had aggressive upsell tactics for services that were not necessary. I never felt pressured to take a course of action and Dr. Lee always did a great job of explaining his reasons recommended treatments very clearly. The staff makes appointment availabilities that work with your schedule.
