Fantastic experience with all Dr. Ann's staff. My wife, son, and I are all new patients and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Professional and friendly service all the time. I highly recommend them for the entire family!

I know I am the only negative review. I am sure this is because we are a small town where people still keep their mouths closed or say something nice. I am not that way. So here is my story. Stick with me till the end. Really do. Here is what happened. I got "worked in" for an emergency. One of the dental hygienist took a single film of one row of teeth. Then the hygienist looked inside my mouth. Proceeded to sit down and make a treatment plan. The dentist was nice. She looked at the tooth that hurt and said I needed to see a Periodontist. BUT only after they gave me a deep cleaning treatment. All of this would not take place today. Then I discussed price tag with the dentist. I said I could not afford that several times. At the end of the "treatment plan" was an added on $160 electric toothbrush. I said "I already had one of those"...I was then shuttled to the front where a BUSINESS MANAGER awaited me to discuss the final price tag of the treatment program. $3689. I just sighed. Was then asked for that days services $280 dollars!!!! I have reported it to the BBB and Rip-Off Report. Why? Because no one charges that much to look into your mouth and fill out a sales slip. This is the new dental scam I came to find out. I finally made it to a real dentist. Who cares about teeth. They cleaned my teeth. Took a whole mouth of xrays. And did a comprehensive exam. The price tag $280. I laughed to myself when I got to the car. Almost drove back to this place and just cussed everyone out. Do not be taken for a ride. Dentistry is not "deep cleanings" and "treatment plans" that cost thousands of dollars and are in my case totally not needed. It's a shame a dentist as nice as this one seemed to be has aligned herself with this horrible business practice. Heck the place I settled on still gave me the toothbrush,dental floss,and tube of toothpaste for free. Save your teeth,gums,and money find a real dentist not a salesman. Addendum 10/21/15. Addendum 10/20/2015. Dr. Ullah was mortified and has apologized several times. Apparently they have made some changes. I was also told how my visit was handled was completely inappropriate and handled wrong. I have received a refund. You can take a chance and go there. While I am glad for the refund and accept the apology from her. I have found a dentist better suited for me and my standards of business practice in dental field.

Staff is very nice however dentist did not want to redo faulty service that was performed less than a year ago without charging me. If a couple dollars is worth more than standing by your quality of work and retaining your patients then NO PROBLEM! There are plenty of dentists that will! Don't waster your time here. They will gladly smile in your face and take your money but provide poor practice!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ann for years!!! I would never go anywhere else.. Educated staff, amazing hygienists, I just absolutely love this office!

I am so disappointed with my experience with this dentist office. I went with a toothache and instead of just fixing the problem, she recommended me do so much more. I did and now I still have the original problem.

Worst dentist ever . Didn't have any problem with my teeth. Went there just for yearly cleaning . First she said , I need deep cleaning ; did deep clean with 4 different appoints. During deep cleaning she said need filling and I complied and did it . The last day on filling , she took hours (at least 2 hours) and she drilled my teeth. During procedure, she went to attend another patient !!! And she did this attending another patient couple of times. After filling , I started to have severe pain and I went to her and then she said I need root canal!!! When I asked why I need root canal , she answered my teeth got worse . Okay FINE , when I asked why did she do the filling then on that particular tooth and took two hours to do it . She suddenly said she's going to give me discount for $50.00 for my root canal with her !!!!!! Since then I had severe pain and I have decided to extract my tooth since my insurance money is finished for that year for her filling fees. Complaint to my insurance company about her. And office stuffs are friendly but no idea what they are doing . Asked couple of times for the money breakdown for my filling since it was FSA . And they never provided me any papers or email or fax to the insurance company , never !!!!

Best. Dentist. Ever. My visit to Cummings family dentist was amazing! Dr. Ann is so much friendlier, more funny, and more caring than the typical dentist, and she's an artist with teeth. I came to her with a failed crown, and I was so afraid that I was going to lose the tooth and have to get an expensive implant. Dr. Ann spent extra time with me, performing what I can only describe as a heroic rescue of the remaining tooth, and ended up saving the tooth! I'm certain that a less skilled, less caring dentist would have just pulled the tooth and charged for an implant. But not Dr. Ann! She really went above and beyond for me, and saved me tons of money. She really cares about and listens to you, and I think that shows through in her staff too. Everybody I interacted with --- from Riley at the front desk to all the hygienists --- they're all funny and passionate about their work like Dr. Ann is, and they all take extra time to really listen to your needs and engage with you. It's just a better experience all around than you typically get at the dentist. And I'll definitely be back!

Amazing Job and No Pain! I went in to have a filling replaced and was so scared of having to get a shot, Doctor Ullah was so gentle and she performed the filling in less than 30 minutes I was out and she only had to use a numbing ointment so I was numb for maybe 30 minutes after I left. Tooth looks great and they are super friendly. I would say if you have a bad experience with a hygienist there - speak up. They really will listen to your feedback and will correct anything your not happy with. I have been going to Doc Ullah and team for about 3 years and never had a problem other than a messy hygienist but she doesn't work there anymore! You also get free teeth whitening gel with every cleaning and that was a big win for me! Love it!!
