Absolutely amazing - highly recommended! I had an incredible experience today as I was faced with a dental situation with my 82-year-old mother with dementia. it started with a call to the practice and Galina listened generously to my issue and made space for us to come in by day’s end. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted with smiles and immediate recognition even though it was our first time. Our hygienist Kimmi was patient and generous in her interactions as my mom struggles to understand even simple directions. Another hygienist, Kristina, jumped in assist and do everything they could to put my mom at ease as they took X-rays. Kimmi continued to work with my mom and make adjustments to give her the best care in a hard situation. My mom has never been so comfortable in a dentist office – and even prior to her dementia was very anxious at any dental visit. Dr. Juma was not only patient, understanding, and generous, but was focused on what was best for my mom not their practice. Her suggested plan of action was spot on. After 40+ years of going to the dentist, I’ve never interacted with a practice that was so aligned in their service approach and professionalism while leading with empathy. I came for consultation regarding a crown recommend by my previous dentistry. The staff was very friendly and professional- apparently second opinion was very important- they told me they can fix my cracked tooth without a crown and SAVED me a 1900$ crown treatment. The Dr. Took care of my problem immediately while the previous dentistry had a 4 weeks waiting period to complete the crown molding! Anyhow honestly- so glad I went for consultation and ended up switching to a better more conservative and professional Dentist.

The hospitality in North GA smiles is unmatched, I've felt very welcomed with all staff. Dr. Leo and Ma Kristine did a flawless job on my teeth, I highly recommend this dental office.
