My family and I have been to this dentist for years our experience has been nothing short of the best ! I’m very picky when it comes to choosing an office, and I can truly say I trust this one to bring my kids and family to. I found this office to be professional, transparent and honest. To me the office looked very organized, neat and clean. Their energy was very welcoming and soothing. Reading the last review I’m far more than convinced her view and review is a scam.

Very good wouldn't go anywhere else

Visited this office for an emergency visit to get antibiotics since I was out of state due to tooth infection which was explained before booking appointment. During appt Dr. Ghafari wanted to submit a whole work up to my insurance, which is not what I was there for, again explained this before booking appointment. After being treated very rudely and not being provided a bill at the end of visit, I was billed for a dental cleaning when I was with dentist for maybe 10 minutes max! This office is a scam and the filthiest place I’ve been to, there was bloody gauze on a tray and used tools everywhere!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ghaffari for about 6 months, and I can’t recommend them enough. The entire experience from scheduling to the actual appointment is smooth and stress-free. The office is clean and modern, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.They’re gentle, professional, and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dentist, this is the place to go!

Today was my first time at this dentist. The front desk staff members were friendly. The hygienist mentioned that she has clients from different states who come to get their teeth cleaned and that she has been doing this for 30 years. So I was extremely excited. However, the hygienist didn’t clean the plaque off my teeth. She didn’t even use a sickle scaler at all. She finished my cleaning in about 3 minutes while was the shorter cleaning I’ve ever received. I didn’t take a look at my teeth until I got to my car. I then called their office and told them that I was unsatisfied because of the plaque. The person said, “We will not bill your insurance.” I asked “ Can I just have it cleaned properly since I literally just walked out. I walked back to the office to show the hygienist my teeth and the other staff members and ask if there’s a way to just have it cleaned properly today. The hygienist literally said, “Go somewhere that makes you satisfied, we don’t clean off plaque. You need to find place that specializes in deep cleaning. Super dismissive, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Every dental office I’ve ever been to had cleaned the plaque between the same two teeth. It would have taken less than 3 minutes to clean. Why not just clean it and still get paid by my insurance? Or even say “Due to it being a Saturday, we can’t assist you since we close early.” Say something professional. Guess they’re rather a bad review and to lose a client. I higher do not recommend this place.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Unique Dentistry! Dr. Ghaffari is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable during my treatment. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, I always feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch!

i’ve been here twice now once for my toddler son and once for myself i honestly loved the service i was in and out pretty quickly with no issues. and i know that comes off bad sometimes but honestly i appreciate the speedy service i don’t want to sit in a office or chair all day and all my needs were heard and met i even got offered alternatives so that i didn’t have to get surgery the staff and the Doc is really nice and i feel she’s good at what she does anytime i said i was in pain she stopped and gave me time to collect myself i honestly loved that i think i found my new dentist office❤️
