I typically never leave real reviews unless a place is either terrible in every which way, or they’re amazing.. and Dr Avakian’s office is AWESOME. I’ve been through multiple other dentists office here in Fresno and they have all been pretty terrible for a laundry list of valid reasons which gave me a pretty bad outlook and overall anxiety when it came to finding a proper dentists office, but Professional Dental is just that-professional. Not just that but seamless, so far. Professional, prompt, quick, painless, no troubles getting scheduled for multiple significant dental procedures within 1 week, and also scheduling apts for my family as well. Whereas I have a million valid complaints about a lot of other dentists office’s, I have not a single one so far with this place. And my big struggle was finding an office that accepted medi-cal(Anthem), so that’s a huge plus. Literally left with a smile. Awesome place.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this office left me in excruciating pain and I don’t feel right not sharing what happened when I came here because I trusted all the good reviews. I came in to this office to get a checkup because I wanted to get Invisalign and it was required by the orthodontist to get a checkup first. I was told I had several cavities so I scheduled appointments to get them worked on. My teeth have not been the same since. I can’t bite down correctly and the pain is excruciating when my teeth accidentally touch. I’ve been forced to eat nothing but soft food and now I’m starting to have jaw pain from the misalignment. I came into this office 3-4 times for them to fix their work and they just kept shaving down the fillings. They never even did an xray to see if they did something wrong. Shaving down the fillings made it worse and worse every time so I stopped going. I have been terrified to go to another dentist to get my teeth fixed. This experience has left me with bad dental anxiety and severe pain.
