Amazing service

One of the assistants was extremely rude. It was like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I feel sorry for Dr. Avakian because he lost me as a customer over the assistants attitude and also negligence. Not that his bedside manner was any better. He was sarcastic with me and then shamed me for doing what another dentist had recommended. When the doctor was not in, his assistant told me that in order to correct an issue that started after seeing them... I would need YEARS of orthodontics. Put me into one of the worst panic attack of my life. She was not licensed to give me any of that information and she was entirely wrong about it. She also accused me of "purposefully" biting a weird way to cause pain... I didn't want any meds so I dont know in what world her accusation made any sense. Another dentist fixed me in literally 2 minutes. All I needed was a bite correction. Not orthodontics. I hope the board requires her to go for more education and realize when you have a license that took 8 months to get.. You are not legally entitled to tell patients they need years & thousands of dollars to do a bite correction. I would avoid this place if you want to have a peaceful experience without added attitude from everyone there. Sarcasm is never professional in a medical setting.

Great experience. I had appointment for my crown early 7:00 before work and came back at my lunch hour for final crown. So easy and painless. Very happy. Thanks!!!

I have been with Dr. Avakian for 23 years he is simply amazing his work is top of the line I would not go any where else The staff was truly the best always enjoy my appointments Staying up on your health is first priority this is the best place to be

Everyone in this office has been amazing. My mom has been going here for years and both of us feel so much more at ease with how attentive this office is. Finding a good dentist is hard and I try to refer anyone who is looking to make an appointment here!
