This particular hygienist was unprecedentedly rough and rushed, missing a whole section of lower front area. Skipping some procedures. I say “unprecedented” because I have never encountered such treatment at Dr. Choi’s office in nearly 10 years. By any standard, this person was NOT at all professional. At first I thought she was a new receptionist and was surprised she sat down to clean my teeth. Maybe she was an apprentice who needed supervision, but there was no one else in the office.
