I have been to other offices, but they always make me feel pressured to have an answer right away. Here at NELA, I never felt that. I loved the vibe from all the staff. Dr. Lee is considerate of your concerns and is very knowledgeable. He wants what is best for you. I can’t wait to get my braces on!

I was so unhappy with my smile . I went to NELA and they were so kind and very helpful, explaining the whole process. Everyone that works there is very nice and lovely. Took it off my braces yesterday and I couldn't be happier, recommend 10/10.

I wouldn't have anyone go anywhere else for braces. Long review, but please bear w/ me (go big or go home, right?). I knew I was going w/ Dr. Peter Lee literally the second the consultation was over. Firstly, the staff are so kind and welcoming... not just to children but to 30+ year olds like myself. The consultation was super smooth. Dr. Lee made sure I voiced all my concerns & he remained extremely professional to hear me out before he proposed any solutions. He came up with a rough draft of how we were going to approach my situation (crooked teeth & jaw alignment). The staff then, very thoroughly, informed me on payment methods & the different payment plans (SUPER HELPFUL). We had everything set up & finalized that day, which was convenient for me. Their system is set up so I get appt notifications/reminders & the staff is very helpful w/ reschedules & etc. I think the most important impression Dr. Lee left on me was that I could tell he had done more research outside of our consultation. The fact that he studies each of his patients' situations is a plus for me. It's very hard to find people who are that honest to the core. My whole journey lasted less than a year & I am far beyond satisfied w/ the results. I (before Dr. Lee) and many people around me have prior braces experience, so I think in comparison with any other orthodontists, Dr. Lee has really set the bar high.

He is an awesome orthodontist my daughter goes there and all the staff is awesome and they are great!!!!!! Been pushing off getting my teeth straightened for years, but Peter stuck with me through the whole 2.5 year process. Made the whole process easy to follow and scheduling follow-up visits couldn't have been easier/more flexible! Definitely would recommend for anyone that might be thinking into getting orthodontic work done!

Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing. I came to NELA based on a recommendation for aligners and about a year later my teeth look exactly like I hoped they would. Everyone is very nice and professional. Was embarrassed to straighten my teeth as an adult (again, after having wire braces TWICE as a kid), but was steered in the right (and straight!) direction by the kind folks at NELA Orthodontics by using clear liners. They gave me all my options and handled everything very professionally. Would gladly reccomend!
