Overall the office and Doctor are understanding, efficient and compassionate. The only thing that keeps this a “4” and not a “5” is the Doctor, although compassionate in the macro sense is not gentle in his work. At 78 and with genetically weak teeth I’ve had many dentists. This dentist, by his roughness has given me unnecessary pain (gums). I am pleased though overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his staff to anyone. He’s a “keeper.”

I only have good things to say about Doctor Phen and his staff. I got my braces here and I am happy with the results. The staff were so friendly every time. Not once did I have a bad visit in the last 2 years. My son came with me to every visit and the staff were so friendly and kind to him as well. They made us feel welcomed since day one when I went in for a quote especially Gabby. Thank you Dentist R Us!
