Founded by the esteemed Dr. Ivan Berger in 1963, our practice has remained a pillar of dental excellence in Simi Valley. Today, we are proud to be a second-generation family-owned dental practice, led by Dr. Herschel Berger and his wife, Dr. Laura Jen Kin.
My experience with Dental Group of Simi Valley has been very special, you see, I’m scared of dentists, but in their office I’m able to calm down and feel comfortable. They know and understand that I’m scared and that my teeth are sensitive and all the attention I get is specific for me. That is why I feel at home with the doctors and their crew. Always fantastic service. The staff are like a second family, checking in on patients, knowing what they need, and rearranging appointments. Both Dr. Berger and his wife Dr. Jen-Kin are thorough, compassionate, and experienced. They always run on time and never ever push “extra” costly services. They provide expert care. The rooms are always immaculately clean. The staff have been there forever which tells me it is a wonderful place to work and a truly family-owned business. I’ve been going there nearly 30-years. I have been to other predatory dentists in Simi (unfortunately because of an occasional change in my insurance), who nickle-and-dime everything and sit you down for a 30-minute hard sell on some new toothbrush before you even see the dentist. My husband goes there, my children, my parents, my siblings—all of us. We will never go anywhere else. Dr. Berger has helped my sister for dental emergencies who has no insurance several times—and has always given the best price. My brother who lives hours away plans a whole dental day just to stay with Dr. Berger. Thank you Dr. Berger for your care all these years!
This is a wonderful Dental Office. When you walk in you are welcomed by the staff every time. It is a very friendly caring office. Dr Berger and Dr Laura are also amazing and always take time to visit. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed. They make you feel like you really matter and you are part of the family!
