It feels like this place just can't handle insurance right and the staff is not doing their job. 15 minutes before my appointment they called to say that they couldn't find my insurance information and asked for rescheduling. After I went, it took them 30 minutes to reach out to their insurance coordinator and they were able to verify my insurance. By the time I started my cleaning it's already the second half of the scheduled hour. They also provided a wrong code in my treatment plan, which my insurance wouldn't cover. However they insisted that it would be covered. I asked them to verify with the insurance first, and it came back that indeed none of the codes they used would be covered.
