I don’t love going to the dentist but who does !!! Unfortunately my teeth are extremely in need of some love and care ! I’m a new patient and the moment I walk through the doors I felt comfort and love ! In the last two months I’ve come every two weeks ! They’ve been nothing but extremely patient and understanding ,kind ,sweet and caring ! Dr. Jenny R. Chevrel has been amazing , gentle and explained to me everything and her staff has been incredible also . From their follow ups to their hellos and goodbyes ! I love them so much I drag my partner to come to the dentist lol !!! I Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!!

It’s been a while without a dentist visit and have recently taken some time to get a cleaning, checkup and some work done that I was mostly expecting. Michelle did a great job as she has in the past and cleaned my teeth using what I believe is an ultrasonic scaler that left my teeth feeling cleaner than my Sonicare with a new brush head can. Angie, who remembered me from when I used to go regularly greeted me upon arriving and made me feel like family and later assisted the dentist Dr Chevrel who to me, has proven to be an exceptional dentist as she introduced herself and communicated her findings to me as she conducted a thorough exam. The whole process of making an appointment, using their valet around the corner (validated upon finishing your appointment), checking in, being seen, having corrective and preventative work done, insurance, billing and making future appointments was handled promptly, professionally and most importantly, with care. I’m back now on a regular schedule with the team here and highly recommend Coconut Grove Smile.
