This place is a scam. I went to this dentist after my insurance changed and my regular dentist office didn’t accept it. I had gone to my regular dentist a few months prior, regular cleaning, no cavities. Well the dentist here claimed I had 5-6 cavities, needed to see an endodontist surgeon (I wasn’t having any pain or sensitivity) and that I required a deep cleaning. When I asked about needing the referral, she got really sketch and pointed to the X-ray vaguely and then closed it so I couldn’t see it. Needless to say, I didn’t get anything done with them. And I’m glad I didn’t because I was able to go back to my regular dentist and even got an other opinion for a separate dentist, and both said no cavities, no issues, and just regular cleanings. This office tries to scam your insurance and you for money. Stay away.

I have to specify that best place is Monem Dental and I have been a patient for a long time. I have been seeing Dr. Benitez and am extremely happy with her work. The staff is amazing and friendly you won’t regret choosing Monem Dental as your dental office.

Office staff ,technicians all make you feel at ease and at home, Veronica and Riza always scheduling my appointments to my convenience,and always calling and sending texts to remind me,which I love, and all the techs Emily,Raquel,and others that names I can't remember always so sweet and compassionate,and my Dentist Andrea Benitez,my hat goes out to her,she is so sweet and patient with me,always reassuring me , because i can be a big baby,shes the one to see never in a rush,she's done 2 bridges,3 crowns, 6 cavities,so yeah ,I totally recommend her,and this staff for your dental needs and care,and compassion. And I can't forget the women that do the cleanings, Lisa and the other lady very sweet and never in a rush, you will have a brand new smile.

This place has very friendly front desk who were very helpful with any questions and were happy to help me. I received the BEST service from Dr. Arzola and the assistant Ludwika. Going to the dentist normally makes me anxious but my experience here was nothing like that. I felt comfortable and was reassured by the staff. Definitely recommend!! 10/10 !
