They cancel your appointment if you don't respond to their MULTIPLE confirmation phone calls and texts. Showed up for my last appointment there and they tell me they no longer take my insurance. No phone call, nothing, just totally wasted my time. They gave an excuse their phones weren't working. Was your cell phone not working either? Lazy staff.

American Dental Center is a gem in our community. Dr. Monem and his entire staff are equipped to take care of all your dental health needs. The best part about them is that they are compassionate. Dr. Monem is by far the best dentist I’ve ever worked with, he listens to you and just wants to help. He has helped me put a bad dental experience behind me, I’m grateful. This place is a scam. I went to this dentist after my insurance changed and my regular dentist office didn’t accept it. I had gone to my regular dentist a few months prior, regular cleaning, no cavities. Well the dentist here claimed I had 5-6 cavities, needed to see an endodontist surgeon (I wasn’t having any pain or sensitivity) and that I required a deep cleaning. When I asked about needing the referral, she got really sketch and pointed to the X-ray vaguely and then closed it so I couldn’t see it. Needless to say, I didn’t get anything done with them. And I’m glad I didn’t because I was able to go back to my regular dentist and even got an other opinion for a separate dentist, and both said no cavities, no issues, and just regular cleanings. This office tries to scam your insurance and you for money. Stay away.

I have to specify that best place is Monem Dental and I have been a patient for a long time. I have been seeing Dr. Benitez and am extremely happy with her work. The staff is amazing and friendly you won’t regret choosing Monem Dental as your dental office.
