A co worker recommended DragonFly Dental as a second opinion. I immediately noticed a pleasant atmosphere, the front desk was accommodating, the Dentist went above and beyond explaining everything to me and gave me scripts for pain and antibiotics. There is a difference here, I feel like a patient and that they have my best interest in mind. If your not getting “care” at your current dentist or your looking for a dentist.. try them 👍

$121 co-pay when I have insurance. They must be crazy. Canceled that appt real fast

Heads up — if you have insurance, double-check everything with this office. They required me to pay out of pocket prior being seen saying my plan didn’t cover X-rays, then my insurance sent proof showing I was 100% covered and they’d already paid the dentist. I spent the last 3 months calling for a refund — they kept “putting me on hold” or saying they’d call back and never did. One day I called at 9, 12, 3, and 4 — straight to voicemail every time. Pretty sure they screen calls. When I finally spoke to the dentist, he said he’d refund me only if I signed papers saying I wouldn’t file a complaint. I refused. I’ve since found tons of reviews saying the same thing. I have filed complaints with the states attorney, the insurance and the department of agriculture. Protect yourself from this Dentist.

I was very nervous about going but this office made me feel really comfortable, Dr. Navidomskis made sure I understood everything and had all my questions. All the nurses were very friendly would highly recommend Dragonfly Dental and will be going back for any dental needs

I went in for my first appointment as i need a tooth extracted. Everyone was friendly and courteous. A treatment plan was made and articulated thoroughly as well as pricing. I will definitely be back!

Recently had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. This family of dental associates were lightning quick and so inviting with their care. My actual procedure took less than 30 minutes to remove the said tooth and I was back on my way. I will always come back for future problems
