They do the best work no pain

Wow I just had my first best dental experience in my life. I am deathly afraid of dentists which leads to going only in an emergency. I was referred to Dragonfly dental by a friend and my whole initial experience was positive. The fact that they offer Nitrous Oxide and IV Sedation conquered 1/2 my fear and then I met Dr. Navidomskis and his staff who were so kind and caring that I am assured I finally able to conquer my fear !!

Showed up for emergency dental care as advertised open on weekends but no one there, place locked up and deserted however I received phone call from the Dentist offering to help after I left a message.

Extremely disappointed. Initially thought we'd be patrons here, even had left a very good rating, but after third visit have changed opinion. First visit was a consult that was required prior to a cleaning at which time xrays were done, second visit within a few weeks was for cleaning and three small fillings. The pain began after this work was done. After a few weeks we were back in for a third visit to have this checked. Details are a bit complicated but amount to the dr rendering treatment on my teenage son, insisting I wait in reception area, until he was 'settled in'. By the time I was allowed to go back with my son, they'd already done x-rays again and sanded down 3 fillings. Had I been consulted I'd not have allowed the duplicate xrays as they'd just been done. I'd have wanted to see if the adjustments dr made to the fillings HE put in would resolve the problem, which by the way did. I had shared this with them upon making that third appointment and so was all the more disappointed that it was done regardless. When I brought it to their attention, I was told simply that I had signed a release in the paper work. So what Dr can treat your kid in any manner they wish without your knowledge! Apparently this one.

The receptionist needs training on customer service. As a new patient the person answering the phone came across as condescending .I had a Dr.'s referral and x-rays but was told they would not accept the x-rays and I would have to have an exam by their Dr.' She could have mention that they have a promotion for new clients for exam and extraction, but instead she was evasive and wouldn't answer my questions. Very poor first impression. I have made a appointment with another Oral Surgeon in town that did accept my Dr.'s x-rays and their order.

Everyone was very nice and friendly to my family, including my children. They explained everything to the kids in a way they would understand and not be frightened. They also explained everything to me and told me their recommendations. They involved me in my plan of care instead of just saying this is what is going to happen without any input from me. They are wonderful and would highly recommend them.

Probably the friendliest dentists offices I've ever visited (and I've been to a few!). Staff was very efficient and attentive and the dentist was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was my first visit but we'll see how they handle the paperwork (insurance) side of things in the next few weeks. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with Dr. Navidomsky's thoroughness and gentleness. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and continued to explain as he worked. At no time was I in any discomfort physically or emotionally since I am one of those " white knuckle" dental patients. His staff clearly takes their cues from the head of the practice and they, too, exude professionalism while being very friendly. I plan on recommending Dragonfly Dental without any reservations to other people.

Very pleasant experience. I had lost a crown and they worked me in the next day and reinserted the crown. Very professional yet personable service at competitive rates.

This is the first time in a long time that i have been to a dentist that all staff members including the dentist who are very caring towards there patient and there well being. i appreciate the time they spent on my daughter and I.
