Entire staff are so kind and caring. Very accommodating and made it a pleasant experience.

True to their word, they got me in quickly. The front staff was kind and welcoming. The dental assistants were patient and knowledgeable. The x rays were more professional than any I have ever had. Doctor explained everything to me. He also listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dragonfly Dental. Going to the dentist is not usually our favorite thing to do, but they made it a pleasant experience.

After witnessing the encounter the owner had with a patient and her husband after just trying to get insurance straightened out, with proof in their hands. I do not recommend Dragonfly Dental to anyone who wants to be respected. It was supposed to be my first appointment and that was enough to turn me around. Don’t believe these new 5 start reviews that coincidentally show up when they’re messing up. Definitely think new ownership/staff should be considered.

I had not been to the dentist in a little over a year due to being in between insurances and have terrible dentist anxiety. Everybody at the office was extremely kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable. The dentist also was very nice, took his time explaining every part of my treatment plan, as well as the actual process. Two fillings and a cleaning was completely done within a hour and the actual dentist lead both processes which is not super common. I would highly recommend to anybody that is nervous to go back/try a new dentist!

Dr Navidomskis is a good dentist, but the charges, communications and staff are severely lacking. He did not employ a dental hygienist, so cleanings were done by him. Normal prophylaxis charge is a little over $100 which is covered by insurance. He bills for a “Periodontal Maintenance” at $173, of which not all is covered by insurance, so you have additional co-pays. Insurance allows for x-rays every OTHER cleaning, but he wants x-rays EVERY cleaning at a cost of $227 that insurance will not pay. He requires payments on the day of services that I didn’t mind, but when he was paid from my insurance carrier, I requested a refund of the overpayment, and never heard back from them. Not once did I call the office and actually get someone to answer. The only way they will call you back is if you are a new patient, and are requesting an office visit. I sent a letter with all my insurance payments he received asking for a refund since I was no longer using his office, and it was ignored. I have since found a new dentist that works with my insurance company and their requirements on dental health. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Stay clear!

Very friendly front desk staff. My assistant I had today (Breanna) was very professional and thorough as she was explaining each step of my visit. She was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Matt was so welcoming as well as explaining each step before he started. I would recommend Dr. Matt and his staff to everyone!

Wonderful place great people

I have been a customer for years because of the quality of the work done and gentle, kind Dr. and staff. I just had two crowns put on my front teeth and they look magnificent! I couldn’t be happier. I would truly recommend dragonfly dental to anyone and everyone looking for top notch, gentle, caring dentistry.
