I recently went to Dragonfly dental for a deep cleaning of my teeth. This group of dental professionals were very helpful in keeping me relaxed during the time it took to do the procedure. From the young lady at the front desk to the dentist doing the procedure, everyone was very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen before they did it so there were no surprises. My experience was pain free and I felt very confident and comfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend Dragonfly dental for any dental procedures that you may need. Thank you to all the staff for making my procedure as stress free as possible.

Amazing! From entry to exit, I received the most pleasant experience. Before coming to the office I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Navi on the phone. I’ve never had a dentist call me personally to inform me of the process and procedures. Upon entry I was greeted by an amazing receptionist( I believe it was Jennifer… so sorry if I was wrong) but she made someone with anxiety feel calm. (Loved our sneaker talk btw:) After discussion she led me to the back where I was greeted by the most informative group of dental assistants( I call them the tri-fecta: Again just shooting in the dark but two I believe named Brionna, and Jessica, and the awesome young lady I got to say hello to who wasn’t even helping me!…. Sorry again) who made me feel like family! Finally, I got the chance to meet the doctor and he didn’t disappoint. He was thorough ,informative and had an amazing bed side manner. All and all I didn’t want to leave! I can truly say I found my new dentist.

True to their word, they got me in quickly. The front staff was kind and welcoming. The dental assistants were patient and knowledgeable. The x rays were more professional than any I have ever had. Doctor explained everything to me. He also listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dragonfly Dental. Going to the dentist is not usually our favorite thing to do, but they made it a pleasant experience.

I had not been to the dentist in a little over a year due to being in between insurances and have terrible dentist anxiety. Everybody at the office was extremely kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable. The dentist also was very nice, took his time explaining every part of my treatment plan, as well as the actual process. Two fillings and a cleaning was completely done within a hour and the actual dentist lead both processes which is not super common. I would highly recommend to anybody that is nervous to go back/try a new dentist!

i went there for xrays and they were so sweet! from the receptionist, to the assistants to the dentist.. best customer service i’ve had at any dentist, i’m not joking lol

Great dental office. All of the staff are friendly, professional and provide a calm relaxed environment. Dr Matt is excellent in the way he provides information and very good at making the experience comfortable (I’m a scaredy-cat of the dentist). Finally enough can’t be said about being timely. Never keep you waiting !!! A huge plus. Would highly recommend!!

I had a really good experience at Dragonfly Dental of Port Charlotte. Justin and Jamie at the front desk were friendly and helpful from the start, and they made everything feel easy and low-stress. Brianna, the dental assistant, was great — very kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. That honestly helped a lot. Dr. Matthew Navidomskis took the time to explain what was going on and answered my questions without rushing me or pushing anything. I really appreciated how straightforward and reassuring he was. Overall, everyone was professional but also genuinely nice, which isn’t always easy to find. I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I’d definitely recommend this office.

We found the front office to be a pleasure at Dragonfly dental. They were helpful in every way possible and very polite ☺️ Matthew Navidomskis DMD, MPH was our dentist. He explained everything so thoroughly and let us ask questions. And listened. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and will surely be back!!
