Gave me pain pills and would not answer the phone to schedule appointment for tooth extraction. Terrible customer service

Just moved into the area and I am so glad we found the best dentist around. I have received the most thorough and painless procedures I’ve ever had. Dr Matt is very gentle and caring and explains your treatments in detail. The office staff are friendly as well.

I just moved from New Jersey to Florida last Monday and broke my tooth.. we called Dragonfly Dental and they were able to get me in the office to see Matthew Navidomski, DMD within 2 hours of calling the office. Gabby & Chloe took X-rays & the Dr. Navidomski was able to provide me with a truly amazing treatment plan and an urgent referral to an Endodontic associate. I was so impressed with their professionalism, state of the art technology & overall sincere kindness this practice showed me that I am happy to say this will be my new dentist and after I get this procedure done, I will be scheduling a cleaning & starting my recommended active treatment plan. Great place! Always make sure you are comfortable and not in pain which is the most important. Dr. Matt is very through and explains everything he is doing and recommends. My wife and son both go here and love it.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and neat. They are very attentive and explain everything in terms that are easy to understand. I haven’t been to see a dentist in quite awhile and they weren’t judgmental at all
