Very friendly staff. Very fast and efficient. I felt very comfortable. They constantly check on you and make sure you're doing okay.

Recently had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. This family of dental associates were lightning quick and so inviting with their care. My actual procedure took less than 30 minutes to remove the said tooth and I was back on my way. I will always come back for future problems

If I could rate this practice 0 stars I would. The first visit was nice, no issues. When I took my teenage daughter for her second visit (a cleaning), we were asked to wait in the car. Initially it was because I missed the text from them asking for a covid form to be completed, but then even after that was finished they told us to wait in the car because “it was a small waiting room.” Mind you we were the only people in it and no one else entered the entire time we waited. I think the real reason is because we had originally discussed using nitrous as my daughter has anxiety. She changed her mind because she’s experienced nausea in the past and was already nauseous. So when they call us and tell us to come back in, they try to get me to sign a paper stating they are going ahead with the treatment INCLUDING the nitrous as previously discussed. I said no my daughter doesn’t want the nitrous, as she already told you. They told me if we don’t want to proceed with the nitrous they would have to cancel the appointment! Imagine trying to force a teenage girl to take a drug she doesn’t want for one and for two being so greedy you’d rather cancel an appointment then do it without drugging an unwilling child….. just wow. Mind blown. I wouldn’t send anyone to this place after this experience!

I was scared to get my wisdom teeth removed, but the entire experience went wonderfully! Everyone who worked there was so kind, and the process went so smoothly! I was told I'd feel a bit of pressure with the removal and I hardly felt a thing, I majorly appreciate all of the hard work and care, thank you 🫶 😊

Horrible scam of a business. My elderly mother got screwed out of $290. The office manager Cathy is the worst at customer service. It took my mom four months to get in contact until she had to go in person, and they still didn’t give her money back. The insurance paid this company and this company still charged my mother. Please don’t come here if you want an honest reliable dental experience. ZERO STARS!!

I would recommend dragonfly dentist I was terrified to go to the dentist but everyone in there made me feel very comfortable. Everyone is very nice and the dentist explains everything to you. Listen to your concerns and he did an excellent job. Thanks again.

I have the biggest fear of dentist due to a horrible experience as a teenager. However from the first call I made to them the folks her were so amazing and nice. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the Dr. They all made me feel relaxed and like I wasn't a horrible person for waiting to long to go to the dentist! Thank you Dragonfly Dental!!
