From the website to the live chat after hours Dragonfly was the best. Kathy called me first thing in the morning and got me in for an emergency appointment. She was the best and very comforting and calming because I was in pain. The whole team in the back and the dentist made me feel very comfortable and helped me to relax and reduce my anxiety. I will be getting their recommendations done and be back to start my dental plan with them. I appreciate the kindness from each person there as I am terrified of the dentist, and then with a broken tooth and pain I am grateful for them and their staff.
