I miss this place when it was just "Westin Family Dentistry" with Dr. Guillermo. Ever since it was changed to "Artful Dentistry" after he left, I have been having issues with the office. I have brought it up every time something has come up (such as optional services being done without asking me first, them scheduling more appointments than what my insurance covered and then feigning ignorance as to why a visit cost me so much money, them running late 30-45 minutes frequently). Recently I was told after several years of having the same insurance policy that they've actually been out of network for me! And they claim that they "have told me before", when they absolutely have not. I will not be coming back and urge others to be careful.

I have been coming to Artful Dentistry for many years. Everyone, from Dr. Torres, to the front desk (especially Manny & Leo), the dental assistants (Veronica ;), and hygienists are all so incredibly patient and friendly. It is also nice to see David back as a dentist! Let's face it, nobody really likes going to the dentist, but I feel very comfortable here. I have needed dental work over the years, and have always been pleased with the level of care and attention to detail I receive. In addition, Dr. Merino, who is there every couple of weeks, is doing a dental implant for me. It's costly, but he is fabulous. So far, it has been a very positive experience. I'm so happy here and I highly recommend you trying Artful Dentistry!

We have been coming to artful dentistry for many years, from the time dr. Rodriguez was here. My whole family came here, including my children when they were young and until they moved away. The staff is very professional and kind. They explain the procedure before starting and while they are doing it. They also explain the billing and work with you on insurance and financing if needed.
