Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. My sister works there as a dental assistant. Dr Call is amazing a very kind patient and understanding doctor. I was having Novocain put in to get a wisdom tooth pulled and started having an anxiety attack. Dr Call put a weighted vest over me and told me to take my time to calm down then we would resume. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this office I felt like I was right at home. After past experiences at other offices it was so comforting to be at an office where I am respected!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I had an appointment scheduled in May for Braces/Aligners, and THEY cancelled on me. I called to reschedule, and they were unable to give me an exact date, but they said they’d follow up and call me back, which they NEVER did. I never called myself because it’s not my job to remind them to call me back, as the people at the front desk literally get paid to do that. Regardless, they continued to charge my card monthly without ever providing the service I paid for, which was for braces. They also claimed I never left a deposit, which doesn’t make any sense because in order set up recurring payments, they need a deposit to do so. They then began to accuse me of never paying simply because I didn’t have a receipt. Again, ITS NOT MY JOB TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR DOCUMENTS. I’m simply a customer, not an employee. They only started calling me two weeks before my next cleaning, and wanted to set the confusion straight, but they’re supposed to be the “professionals”and figure it out themselves. They harassed me with constant phone calls at odd hours of the day. They always needed an interpreter around when I was present because I’m assuming they thought I couldn’t speak English simply because of my name. Also, they charge over the average going rate for procedures. I know this because a quick google search will tell you the average prices. Their office is also very tiny and cramped, if I’m going to be overpaying for procedures, at least provide a clean, comfortable environment. Overall, bad experience through and through. Go to the dentist down the road, as they’re cheaper, more professional, more experienced, and accept more insurances. They stole $500 from me, so I’ll be getting into contact with a lawyer or law enforcement. Hopefully my $500 can help towards remodeling the waiting room

Very welcoming and inviting. Willing to work out payments, and the doc has a very gentle kindness to his demeanor. Easily the best dentistry I have ever been to, and plan to continue to go to. Staff almost always appear to be busying themselves cleaning or attending to a patient. This is important for any health-related businesses, and shows determination from the staff members who want to go the extra mile, and take initiative in establishing this profession as respected and proper. I, not once, ever felt uncomfortable or unwelcome by any staff. It can make visits not only more relaxing, but it helps maintain a friendly atmosphere. I can't encourage people enough to check out Dr. Call Dental Center. You might be walking in with some pain, but you'll be walking out with a smile!

Very good customer service, the assistants were very helpful on the phone in answering all my questions. I will be making a appointment soon when my insurance comes in.
