I put off reviewing until I’d actually had some work done, but from my very first consult visit earlier this year, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of all the staff, and the thoroughness and transparency shown by Dr Hendrix and the members of the dental team. They have excellent communication and are very open with answering questions and setting expectations. Like many, I have always *hated* going to the dentist, but River Falls makes it low-stress and bearable.

First visit for my 82 year old mother and so far, so good. All staff were very pleasant and professional. We were in and out in the timeframe they discussed when setting the appointment. Office is very up front about costs of treatment plans and provides that information in advance. First dentist/doctor office I’ve ever seen do this. Usually you get the surprise bill as you’re walking out the door or after insurance is filed. No surprises here. Very detailed explanation and discussion with Dr. Hendrix of findings (with great tech and images shown to support findings) and opportunity to ask Dr, Hendrix any treatment plan questions Upfront office staff available for insurance and finance questions. Very helpful as well. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Hendrix for making sure my mom was comfortable and addressing her dental needs.

I felt welcome the minute I walked through the door. All staff has a great attitude and are super friendly. Most dentists offices can be scary and I felt at ease immediately. I didn't feel judged and am so glad I found this office. Would highly recommend
