By far one of the best dentist places i have ever been too. They are so friendly and patient. They take the time to explain everything to you and are willing to work with you. I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to financial problems and anxiety and they completely put me at ease and are so nice to check numbers and give me a thousand quotes on things. I guess the biggest compliment I can give them is i trust them so much that I'm switching my toddler to them. Thank you so much for all the kindness and good work you do

Attempted to call and establish as a new client today, 1/23/26, at 10:11am. Google states they are open today starting at 8am til 5:30. Received their automated system, selected option 2 for new clients, message stated their office is currently closed and to leave a voice message after the tone and I'd receive a call back by the next business day. No time and the call cuts off. Thought maybe I missed the tone so called back and went through the same process and it did the same thing, no option to leave a message. This provider has a 4.9 star rating with over 600 reviews on Google, which is phenomenal so I had been very excited about hopefully establishing as a new client in hopes to remedy the major dental issues I'm experiencing which are causing issues for me being seen as a state licensed professional with my clients nonetheless severely effecting my self esteem. Im hoping my attempt on Monday will yield a better result so I can update this review bc when there's a glimmer of hope for relief of the vast devastation mentally and physically from major dental issues and then that hope is immediately deflated and let down, it's just adding salt to the wound. 🤞🏻that they'll restore that hope I had from seeing that 4.9 score and positive reviews.

Cathy and Jennifer at the front desk are as lovely as one can be. Very helpful ! As well as the dentist and his assistant.

If you have dental phobia this is the practice to see. Dr. Brad, and the whole staff, are kind and caring and work with the patient at the center. They take their time and talk to you until you’re comfortable with the treatment plan. God bless you all!

Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Dr. Frederick and his team had so much patience with me during the process of getting my bridge. And 10 stars goes to Sidney who came in on a Saturday when my temp bridge fell out. I highly recommend this team!
