I had an emergency Sunday morning, I called they were closed so I left a message. They called back a few hours later and said that I can come into the office they would meet me there.
They called me within 2hrs of sending my info. They were able to see me the same day and remove my bad tooth with in a hr. Definitely recommend!!!
They were very welcoming and communicative. Ore was amazing, she explained all steps and procedures. Dr Kolade was very understanding and communicative, she repeatedly made sure I wasn’t in no pain or discomfort. The team at Open Smiles Dental went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back.
Just amazing! I'm a new patient and this practice truly cares about their patients and overall people. From first contact with the receptionist great customer service and willing to go above and beyond. The doctor is very knowledgeable and accurate. Truly cares about her patients and for them to be healthy. They even help me schedule my root canal appointment with an Endo specialist!! Thank you! I'll be coming here for all my dental needs! Dr. Akinwande has to be the BEST Dental Healthcare Provider in Southern Maryland!! I've had many Dentist throughout my life, but I've never had a Dentist that actually cares about the whole patient, not just your teeth. She took the time to explain things to me in great detail, and answered all of my questions as though I was her only patient! She didn't give you the sense that she was in a hurry to be done with you so she could hurry along to the next. The professionalism, warmth, care, and concern coming from the Doctor and her staff is remarkable! If you're in the process of looking for a Dental Healthcare Provider, look no further; I called on Friday, April 3rd to schedule my first appointment, and I was able to see her by Tuesday, April 7th. Her Receptionist, Nicole, has the most pleasant and professional mannerisms..it was a joy speaking with her. If you give Dr. Akinwande an opportunity to provide your care, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!!
