I called this place over two weeks ago, to let them know I had an abscess under the gum (dental emergency) that needed to be treated right away. The earliest I was told I could book an appointment was two weeks out. I notified the person booking my appointment about the insurance change. I was told it’s fine, I’ll get a confirmation text with all the information. Fast forward to today, hours before my appointment that they suddenly realized (yesterday) they don’t take my insurance and they can’t see me. HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, YOU’RE JUST NOW TELLING ME?!?! You knew yesterday and didn’t call??? Didn’t run a pre-authorization before then?! Or checked during the two weeks??! How disgusting to not care about your patients at all!! The staff needs to seriously get it together. Unacceptable!!!!

Due to hating the dentist so much (among other things), I had been negligent about my oral health for too long which resulted in a number of issues, that HAD to be addressed. I became a patient of Dentistry for All and was treated by Dr. Sina Golbandi (@drsinagolbandi on IG) for every treatment I needed, week after week for about 3 months. EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK.: he was patient and tolerant and skilled and professional and funny and knowledgeable about the lengthy road that lay ahead with the work I needed done. I never once felt terrified or apprehensive about his work, which is A LOT to say about me…because I just truly despised going to the dentist. The stars in heaven seriously aligned to not only lead him on a path of dentistry but also to me finding him and having the luck of him treating my issues. There are not enough words in the English language, nor in any language, that could accurately articulate neither my appreciation, nor my strong recommendation for Dr. Golbandi. I seriously love him. He was assisted every week by Aziza who also made me feel very comfortable and made the entire process so much more tolerable. They are the best of pairs and work seamlessly together. Dr. Golbandi & Aziza -10/10, 5 stars, Highly recommend, Chef’s kiss, the absolute best, two thumbs up.
