I went here for a few fillings and I needed 4 root canals he did the fillings and 3 root canals that day, but that wasn't the bad part. He was arguing on the phone while working on my mouth and then during a root canal scraped so hard I was screaming and he told he to hold on he was almost done. I felt all of it I was crying and in so much pain. It took me over a month for the pain to finally subside. I had a fear of dentist before but now I hate them more. Hi today is January 29th 2026 so I'm just adding to the post that I have put before I tried to reschedule my appointment today since the dentist was refusing to take health first and now all of a sudden is taking it all over again and was also charging $100 fee just to see people with Medicaid and was trying to force it on patients but then my appointment got canceled because of the review that I posted. A review is something so that a patron,customer or a patient has the right to express how they're feeling or how an appointment or experience went I had a bad experience That's my experience and I shared it, but to be denied care because I had a bad experience is unethical It may not be illegal but it is extremely unethical I really hope nobody goes to this dentist because to charge people with Medicaid extra just because you're not making enough honestly I believe is illegal but then to deny them care just because you didn't like what they said about you Just makes you a bad doctor.

The staff was very good the place is well put together and clean.

The staff was very professional and attentive. The Dr was very attentive and very informative. He made us feel comfortable.

I definitely recommend this place, especially the way doctor Arthur gives you service plus motivational speech, I feel welcome here, love his staf

I have to say I want to share my greatest impression on having my wisdom teeth extracted Dr. Arthur was above and beyond his ethic’s he is amazing,patient and very friendly professional at top. He made sure to keep me comfortable throughout my entire time that I was there also explained what needed to be done. The procedure took less than a minute. I didn’t even know he had my teeth removed and I was in so much pain. I couldn’t sleep for a few weeks. I had to get it done. Here is the place to go. I wish I can give him 10 stars.

After several attempts to have my tooth extracted at numerous dental offices, I was blessed to come to Flatbush dental where listening to Luther vandross music, I finally had my tooth successfully extracted. No pain from beginning to now. Love this place.
