Very understanding of my pain, got me in right next business day. Worked with me on a treatment plan. Very nice people.
Aside from this office being very nice and clean, the ladies at the front are very welcoming. When having all my X-rays done, everything was explained and super quick when it came to the awkward and sometimes uncomfortable pictures with that thing in your mouth. Every staff member started a conversation with me, very naturally, and was so pleasant to talk to rather than just my teeth or concerns. I came to this office looking for a new dental office and will definitely be coming back, along with my husband and 4 yo. Thank you ladies at Dentist Tree of Fairfield!
We love Dentist tree. Dr. Katy and her staff are awesome. My kids love going to see her.
I haven't been to the Dentist in quite a while and I have to say from the moment I made the appointment to the time I left, I felt like I was treated like family. Dr. Katy and her entire staff introduced themselves and everyone there is extremely friendly and caring. I was very comfortable and felt like I had been given a thorough examination without any pressure to spend a lot of money. They took the time to explain my oral care and I enjoyed the movie too!
Best dentist that I have ever been to. Great and very pleasant staff. I highly recommend Dentist Tree.
Clean facility, friendly staff, and the latest technology. They honestly care about their patients and make sure you are comfortable!
My experience was horrible first I went in with a dental emergency as I was in the room talking to the dentist she told me that I had a cracked tooth in the back I told her three times that is not the tooth that hurts to please look at the other one because it had a filling last year and I feel like that’s the one that’s hurting, she said no if you had a filling I don’t need to look at it then, she would not listen to me or have any compassion for my pain, I kept telling her I was in so much pain I haven’t slept in two days and she said will go buy a mouthguard at Walmart or a grocery store it looks like you’re grinding your teeth , OK I wasn’t grinding my teeth I’ve never grinding my teeth she said well you have a crack and I said yeah and that that’s not the problem I said I need something for pain please she finally gave me tramadol which I won’t take so I didn’t even fill it and then she told me she had to pull the cracked tooth and I had to come back. Needless to say I ended up a day later in the hospital at a ER dentist where they pulled the tooth I was telling her about in the first place, they said that it was cracked inside the filling cracks on the nerve and it needed to come out as soon as possible I didn’t even have a choice when I told him about the cracked tooth they said no that is not cracked enough to bother you and that’s not the tooth bothering you and that the other dentist should’ve done more x-rays or a thorough exam to see that it was the tooth I was talking about. Needless to say this place does not care about their patients all they care about is money all they kept saying was we need a payment will talk to you about payment options we need a payment not once did they listen to how much pain I was in or the tooth that I thought it was hurting. I will never go back and I don’t understand how you’re going to ask someone that’s been in pain hasn’t slept in two days to wait a week to have something pulled honestly this is the worst Dentist I’ve ever been to and the dentist I ended up is the one that I’ll be going to for now on don’t waste your time at this office. The dentist that saw me was Katie.
