Great first experience.

It was a challenge trying to find a new dentist, but Katy and her team were awesome.

I was pleased with my visit to Dentist Tree of Fairfield yesterday. My hygienist, Norma, did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She was very detailed and very good at explaining what I can do to have better dental health going forward.

Every single person here is fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable and were so gentle and so nice the entire time. Truly my best experience at a dental office!

Initially I had great experiences here, and it was the stellar reviews that attracted me to this location. However I had a really bad experience, my filling was placed on a nerve; this left me in unbearable pain. Since no one made a courtesy call after treatment, I was forced to visit the ER. I was given a shot for pain; this worked temporarily. I was able to be seen the next day, and the dentist got me out of pain. However, I’m stuck with the out of pocket expenses from the ER bill. I know mistakes happen, and I was willing to continue to patronize this business. However, Clarisa’s customer service was less than stellar. In fact, it wasn’t good at all. After requesting to speak with the dentist and asking Clarissa to have the dentist call me to no avail I didn’t receive a call. My family didn’t like the way I was being treated my concerns were falling on deaf ears my dad even tried to problem solve and we got no where with Clarissa. There is no chain of command to speak with so I went elsewhere. With another dentist office that has treated me better I’m happy to say I was able to get my root canal finished and my future services are thousands of dollars cheaper.

Funny how they show no record of me, we went multiple times and she said there were cavities when there were not during Covid just to make money.

Amazing visit! Very quick on my cleaning and my hygienist and Dr. Nguyen were great!

Very friendly place definitely love their patients. Explained everything perfectly to me and were able to work with me on other regards. Definitely my new Dentist.
