Warning! This office collected an estimate up front and after insurance paid, my son had a credit on his account. AFTER MONTHS OF REPEATED REQUESTS FOR A REFUND AND PROMISES TO SEND THE MONEY FROM THEM, THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND HIS CREDIT BALANCE!!!! This is shameful and disgusting. Dr. Sly basically retained $130 that she should have returned to its rightful owner, a 23-year-old. Do the right thing Dr. Sly and issue a refund. How many other people have credit balances you are not refunding? Sounds pretty sly to me. 4/16/25-Since I can't respond to your response, I will put my response here. He tried to call your office a couple of hours ago and went straight to voicemail (not the first time). My hope is that tomorrow someone from your office will return the call and finally refund him what you owe him so this issue which has been ongoing since November can finally be closed. 4/18/25-You still have not returned his phone call. Do you really want to issue his refund? You suggest he call your office that you are more than willing to assist him. He called on 4/16 and several times before over the prior months and you have not. You even asked for his Zelle information because you said you couldn't issue a credit card refund or cut a check. He provided this in January, 2025 and still no refund. Are you actually going to refund what you owe him?

I had zero issues and have now found a new dental home!!! Great service from Dr. Sharell and her assistants. They took their time to do good work! The receptionist did a good job of making me aware of my benefits and sending appointment reminders. The office is nice and in a very convenient location off the freeway. I highly recommend them!!!

Just because it is black owned does not mean you should support it. The Doctors professionalism is non existent. Exhibit A. Look at her responses to the negative reviews. Many reviews are for waiting 2+ hours or paying for services that were not talked about. Avoid this place at all cost and avoid the Doctor. Your last name fits perfectly with how you run your business. SLY. As a fox. Also what happened to Someone Loves Your Smile dds? Too many bad reviews had to open a new place under a different name?

The visit was great, the staff was helpful and a delight, from reception to the dentist.l recommend it wholeheartedly.

As a fellow dentist, I can personally attest to the fantastic with l work that Dr. Sly does. She is exceptional. When my patients move from NOLA to Houston, I refer them to her for continuing care.

Decide if this is how you want your dentist to act. Sort reviews by “lowest” and realize these actions aren’t outliers, but the norm.

Visit was amazing!

Girl at the front is so rude and disrespectful. I would avoid this place if I were you. Totally unprofessional. That was my first time calling and no form was mentioned that is required to sign so the attacking was shocking. We are more than happy to have a release form filled out however that is not needed anymore because we are done here and will not be communicating further. Hope your day gets better though. UPDATE: Still rude and unprofessional. The foul attitude was not necessary by no means. Don't tell me what I should and shouldn't know. We're done here.

This place is a scam , they claimed that I needed a root canal which did not make sense , I went to a different dentist who took new x-rays and found nothing, no root canal or even cavities needed at all , also when my insurance asked for x-rays they refused to send it , since they already charged me up front , they are are doing insurance scam obviously.
