The office staff are excellent and very nice.. I took my mom to her appointment and everything went smoothly. The office is kept up nice and clean.

PEEFECT FRFECTION JOBE WEL DONE

Be careful of this facility. I fell for all the positive reviews…honestly feel like the reviews are fake, well majority of them. If you click on each profile of the outstanding reviews, majority of the people have only left a review here, or are not even from around the area. I had initially came in for teeth bonding, and they had ended up doing x-rays of my teeth ( the most painful x-rays I’ve ever had) And stated that one of my molars had a cavity, my previous dentist had said it was a root canal, which I knew. I did appreciate that the dentist said he could save my tooth and saying that a root canal was my dentists “easy” option. So I decided to book my appointment with them ….not for the initial tooth bonding that I had wanted, but for the molar that was said to be a root canal but wasn’t in their eyes. Once again, I do appreciate that they tried to save my tooth but all in all it was indeed a root canal. The following week I go in for my appointment for my cavity filing… It was super painful and to top it off It wasn’t even the dentist that said that he could save the tooth. It was someone that was younger that looked very new to the practice and he was literally shaking the whole entire time working on my molar. Later on, I went home, and I chewed on a banana and it was the most excruciating pain on that particular molar. I’ve gotten fillings done before with my primary dentist and I’ve never felt such excruciating pain. I called him the next day to let them know…they did agree to fix it. Probably went a total of three times after this, and they never were able to fix it. I literally felt like I was in a nightmare, and I proceeded to search for another dentist that could solve the issue. I went back to my primary dentist. The filling was completely useless cause I did have a root canal.. because of all the work that this dentist did on my tooth and all the charging they did on my dental insurance, my insurance couldn’t cover any more work. So I did have to pay out of pocket for their mistake on my molar and the root canal my dentist performed on me. So please don’t make the mistake I did here and looking at all the wonderful reviews.. I will not say that they were not friendly, because they really were but I would never refer this place to the people I love and care about. When I tried to file a claim with my dental insurance, this office denied it, so I could not even get refunded any of the money I spent here. Sucks that they couldn’t even apologize and they kind of put the blame on me for signing paperwork that they could perform on the tooth. I now go to Dr.Rusk in Selma and he fixed everything…3 years later and no pain.
