The staff at Smile by Design is very friendly and also efficient in the way they work. Everyone is polite and take care of you from the moment you walk in until you’re done with your appointment. I appreciate every visit I have and also everyone that takes care of me.

Most of the personnel is friendly and dedicated to their profession. It was my 1st time at this dental clinic & went for a dental cleaning, with all honesty it was not a super good experience. Linda the hygienist that was assigned to me was rough and abrupt throughout the process and hurt multiple areas of my mouth. I realized after the procedure that the under/lower right side base of my tongue is still hurting& swollen from previous bleeding done by her lack of touch/careless use of her instruments. Maybe she was having a bad day 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I went for a simple prophylaxis and now I can’t swallow my own saliva without it hurting :/ which has never happened to me before. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for dental cleaning.

Dr. Choi is very calming to be around. He was gentle, explained everything to me, made a treatment plan, and answered my questions. Happy to go to the dentist again.
