Best Dentist in All of Northern California. And i can vouche for that. When it comes to your teeth, you’re very particular about who you want doing surgery on your mouth and i understand it can be difficult because Dentist work can be expensive, but Dr. Jefferey Phen will talk to you and give you different alternatives for what you can and cannot pay. He will work with you and that’s what you want as a patient a Dr and staff who is caring and willing to do all they can to make sure you leave his office confident and happy again.
