I’ve been to this office a few times now and have always had good customer service. So far, I have not waited long before I go in for my appointment which is nice since I usually take time off of work to come in. I also really appreciate getting calls if there’s a sooner available appointment.

Update: I had always been treated by the younger male dentist, my fillings are still good. Last time I was there, in 2020 I had 2 fillings done by Dr. Phen who was in a hurry and cut my tounge without telling me, patched me up. I noticed the gash when Novocaine wore off and saw a dark spot where he missed part of the cavity. I went back and showed him, he said it was "a stain." 3 years later, seen at another dentist, I have to re-do the fillings because the cavity he missed has spread and both teeth filled by Dr. Phen are messed up. The fillings done by the other dentist at Venetian are still good. Disappointing that he could not take accountability and fix his mistakes the first time, now I am having to get his work re-done.
