Excellent service!

Definitely recommend this clinic, compared to other dentists I visited in the area I am surprised to how well I was being treated here. I got my wisdom teeth taken out here by the most wonderful dentist (I forgot her name unfortunately but I think she was a very sweet Venezuelan lady) she was such a gem, she was so gentle and knowledge. She explain everything calmly and slowly so that way you know what the issue is and how to fix it. The clinic has good music and a tv with backgrounds so that way you aren’t feeling weird as they examine your mouth. The whole staff here it’s wonderful. I had such a great time and felt welcomed, comfortable and I knew I was at very good hands with my dentist and hygienist The front desk staff it’s also very helpful Didn’t had any issues at all during my visits here.

I love Coconut Grove Smile. Everybody is very nice and professional (at the front desk Letty will welcome you with a big smile, the hygienist Karla is the best and of course Dr Chevrel). Dr Chevrel is detailed oriented, patient and good/delicate at her job. And this is coming from someone who had problems all her life with her tooth. So trust me, give them a try, you will not regret it.

I have been a patient here since around 2015 /2016 dr.Mendez was my dentist and she was amazing and after she passed away from cancer, I stayed at this dentistry out of loyalty to her but the people that have taken over are absolutely horrible for my job and I’ve had to make several different rescheduling of appointments due to emergencies that I had to attend to I’m a safety manager for a construction company and I work from the keys all the way to Tampa and can be called to any of those places on the given day which I explained and apologized for today March 7, 2024. I had an appointment and I was told because I was stuck in traffic, and I was running late that I would no longer be accepted as a patient and I needed to go look for another dentist. The reception said that her manager advised her that I felt so appalled and disrespected especially after they have called me several times to reschedule with me, but there’s nothing wrong with that. The quality of this dentistry has gone down, and Dr.Mendez would be ashamed that her office turned into this , I will go look for another dentist because I have never seen a dentistry turned down money from a patient or an insurance company let alone a patient who has been there for over Almost a decade. I do not recommend this place go see another dentist..
