Excellent dental work, and a very friendly welcoming staff. I booked an appt. for a cleaning. Before it started, I was offered an examination, and x-rays. I declined the additional services. I was asked to sign a waiver about the declined services. The waiver reminded me that the possible consequences of rejecting this examination included, "DEATH"
