I have been a patient here since around 2015 /2016 dr.Mendez was my dentist and she was amazing and after she passed away from cancer, I stayed at this dentistry out of loyalty to her but the people that have taken over are absolutely horrible for my job and I’ve had to make several different rescheduling of appointments due to emergencies that I had to attend to I’m a safety manager for a construction company and I work from the keys all the way to Tampa and can be called to any of those places on the given day which I explained and apologized for today March 7, 2024. I had an appointment and I was told because I was stuck in traffic, and I was running late that I would no longer be accepted as a patient and I needed to go look for another dentist. The reception said that her manager advised her that I felt so appalled and disrespected especially after they have called me several times to reschedule with me, but there’s nothing wrong with that. The quality of this dentistry has gone down, and Dr.Mendez would be ashamed that her office turned into this , I will go look for another dentist because I have never seen a dentistry turned down money from a patient or an insurance company let alone a patient who has been there for over Almost a decade. I do not recommend this place go see another dentist..

There aren’t enough words to describe this practice - they are simply the best! I love going there. From the second you walk in to the services you receive. They are so lovely and accommodating. The dentist is so great and she is very knowledgeable and leaves you feeling very secure. I recommend them to everyone!
