I am a big fan of this dental office. They are flexible and accommodating to a crazy schedule I have. My dental hygienist was awesome and the dentist too. I am in good hands and they are all friendly and helpful. I'm big on customer service and this place gets 5 stars.

Excellent service with attention to detail. I did not have to indicate that special antibiotic treatment had to be done for my health condition. This has never happened at any of my dentists before now. Pleasant and caring from sign in to sign out!

I always like the team and I think they do a good job, but this time they hit me with a two year old $400 charge because apparently the insurer had denied the claim as unnecessary service. I get insurance billing is complex but 2 years old? And why do services that may not be “clinically necessary” ? They told me to call the insurer but how could I possibly make a clinical argument?? Disappointing to say the least.
