Since moving to Miami from Caracas it's been a whirlwind of different experiences. One of the more tedious and important tasks is making sure you find a good primary care physician and dentist. I am happy to say that I have found an amazing practice here at Coconut Grove Smile. The process to book, check in, and get my check up was seamless, efficient and very pleasant! The staff is super nice and with the ability to fill out forms online the check in process is ridiculously easy. Sit down in their chairs and their tech is not only some of the best I've ever seen.

I don’t love to go to the dentist at all, but here they make you feel confortable and every one is very paciente and friendly. The doctor that took care of me had gentle hands and was very nice, the treatment went smoothly and I was super pleased with the result. :)

My appointment was right on time. The staff is out of this world, friendly, kind, sweet and knowledgable. The doctors take their time to explain their findings thoroughly, detailing procedures, expectations and possible outcomes. Best practice ever!!! Excellent service. 100% recommended.

I am not someone who enjoys going to the dentist due to terrible and painful experiences. It was well overdue and I had no choice but to go. I found this dentist and decided to give it a shot. Wow!! They are absolutely amazing. I have never in my life felt so comforted and cared for. From the moment I walked in- ever person I encountered really took the time to get to know me and my needs. I work in a luxury hotel and it is our culture to treat guests with genuine care and confort, and they ladies did exactly that. I truly hope I never have to move because I find in impossible to find someone who cares as much as they did. I actually look forward to my next appointment! Thank you Coconut Grove Smile!!!

Great staff, service and facilites. Rosita was excellent and very professional, I did not even notice I was getting my dental plaque off. And it was fast! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. I was told I had 5 cavities!! After they were all drilled out, my mouth was sensitive for almost a year. I couldn't even eat a cold salad. It was my fault for not getting a second opinion, because I rarely have cavities. On top of the bad practices, I was forced to pay nearly $1000 OUT OF MY OWN POCKET until they got reimbursed by my insurance. I've never heard of such a thing. My insurance had paid them within the week, but this dentist gave me the run around and didn't reimburse me for almost a month. Never once did I receive an apology. Furthermore, the dentist didn't even show up to see me during my follow up visit. Very unprofessional. AVOID THIS DENTIST. There are plenty of other reputable choices in the Grove.

Several of our staff have been using this dentist for years. Friendly staff and always punctual. You never are waiting to be seen for your appointment. Recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.
