I recently had an issue with my crown falling off and I cannot thank Dr. Jenny and her assistant Angie enough for their exceptional care and professionalism at Smile Coconut Grove. Dr. Jenny and Angie were not only highly professional but also incredibly dedicated to providing the best possible care. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and ensured that I understood the aftercare instructions. I highly recommend Smile!

Dr. Chevrel is amazing, but the office manager Rosa is a hot mess. When I first started going there, I asked them to get a preauthorized qoute from my insurance. They said they did, but it was not true. I pad a couple of really high bills and figured after calling my insurance, that I overpaid. After several emails to Rosa, I got two partial payments returned. I asked for explanation of the amount, but did not get any. According to my EoB, they owned me $180 but since Rosa refused to talk to me in person, just said I wil look into and call you (she never did), i decided to let it go. Now, after i have not beem at the practice this year and did not get anything done since early 2023, they are sending me a bill for $272.91. I called them to get an explanation what that is. Same answer and same result: the office manager will caĺl me back, but she never did. Maybe this review wakes her up. They are surely loosing me as a patient, and my health advocate service will deal with them.

Everyone at this office was so friendly and welcoming! The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth made sure I was comfortable the entire time and you could tell she takes pride in her work. The dentist who did my exam was also very kind and knowledgeable and explained everything that she was seeing and recommending. The office had Christmas music playing and was very clean. I would definitely recommend Smile!

This is the best dentist service ever with the kindest doctors and staff. And by the way no pain at all.
