It's been many years since I went to see the dentist. I think the longer you wait the more anxiety you get over the matter. Today was my first visit with Dr Matt and it went great. We have a plan of action to get everything taken care of. His "bed side manner" is excellent, no judging or negative comments, just focus on correcting the issue at hand. Keep up the great work.

STAY AWAY!!! on my road trip down to Florida I developed a toothache and contacted Dragonfly Dental in Port Charlotte for an emergency dental problem. I was charged $125 for a full exam which I did not want, but was told the cost was the same regardless. Dr. Navidomskis told me I needed a root canal or an extraction and quoted me $2500 for the former. He also said that he could do root canals but that he does not like doing them... that he could do 10 extractions in the time it takes to do 1 root canal. I decided to call around for another quote and a better attitude. I booked an appt. with the endodontist at Aspen Dental (10 days later) only to realize upon arriving that I needed the referral (it's the law) from my dentist. I called Dragonfly but Dr. Navidomskis refused to email a referral to Aspen Dental. The Aspen Dental office manager offered to drive me to the Dragonfly office so that I might pick up a copy (while the endodontist waited). Talk about service beyond my expectations! Again Dr. Navidomskis refused to give me the results of my exam. Instead he had me sign a release form of my records to Aspen Dental but that would take 30 days. Completely useless! This was a most frustrating experience not to mention the more critical point that my tooth was not being looked after. Aspen Dental resolved my dilemma by giving me a free exam and booking the appt. with their endodontist the next day. Dr. Navidomskis does NOT have the best interests of his patients at heart. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saw me on short notice. Dr explained my treatment options. Looks like an extraction or two are in my immediate future. Dr Matt coordinated with my Primary Care physician to ensure adequate attention was paid to my blood thinner medication. Super important! Thanks to all at Dragonfly Dental.

I haven’t seen a dentist in a while so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was excellent, they explained everything well and even answered some insurance questions I had. They quickly evaulated me teeth and let me know exactly what I needed. Overall it was a great experience. I would suggest them to anyone seeking a dentist.
