Yesterday I got a rather bad toothache, thought I'd cracked my cap. Called Dragonfly this morning and spoke to Tabitha, who, after many calls back and forth, managed to get my insurance information and set me up for an emergency appointment later today. I appreciate how quickly I was seen, everyone there from reception to the dental tech and even the doctor were friendly, welcoming and professional. They now have all of my dental business!

Super friendly... Very helpful... cares about the people. From Cathy at the front desk to nurses and Dr. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, knew what was going on and understood the I formation I was being told. Thanks Dragonfly cant say I want another tooth ache but I know where I'm going when I do.

Was having some issues a few weeks back. I had decided some time ago that I needed a different dentist and so after considering the high ratings of Dragonfly, gave them a call on July 2. They fit me into the schedule on the 3rd, although, I think it was intended to be a short day for them. Everybody is super pleasant, in a good way, like genuine, rather than professionally polite. Doc Matt layed out the options clearly and actually encouraged me to go with a very simple plan rather than more expensive options. I'm not cheap, but it is refreshing to be able to trust rather than question motives. I was looking for a practice where the owner was the dentist who was responsible for the business and whom I could get to know and who would know me, rather than a place where there is a stream of people punching the clock, few really taking ownership, and nobody who knew you when you returned. I found that place. This is no chain and you will get personal attention from the Doc to the staff.

This was my first time and the staff and doctor were great I felt relaxed and well taken care of I would recommend others for sure

Dr. Navidomskis and his staff are always very welcoming and nice. You don’t feel pressured into anything and he explains all options thoroughly. I would recommend Dragonfly Dental.
