Dr Matt has created a great practice with caring and fun staff. Plenty of explanation and options have been given as we deal with each of my dental needs. Dragonfly Dental is the best in Charlotte County!

I had a dental emergency and was treated with care and efficency. A dental crown came loose and fell off and required a recement. I phoned one other, recommended, dental office only to find that they were closed on Fridays. I searched the internet for a local office that had high customer ratings, and saw Dragonfly Dental. Their office staff were quick to setup an emergency appointment today, and advised, upfront, of the expected fees. The Doctor explained his services, and showed me the pictures/xrays of my tooth. He cemented my post & crown and explained his steps along the way. I am very satisfied with the services provided, and recommend this dental service.

Called to schedule appt for cleaning, I missed an appointment about 4 months ago, called and cancelled but wasn't within 24 hour notice due to unforeseen circumstances, reception made me feel terrible and basically scolded me. Very unprofessional, i do not need to be talked down to, no one does. I will not be going back. Doctor called twice, left me messages, very compassionate and concerned.

Dr Navidomskis and his team, Olga & Colleen, were fantastic from the moment I called to set up an emergency appointment for tooth pain. I get high anxiety by the mere thought of going to the dentist. The team soothed my fears by their gentle tone and demeanor. Olga and Dr Navidomskis seemed genuinely sincere in their desire to help me find a solution to my pain issue. My final comment is this. They took the time to explain everything in detail. This is something rarely seen in any medical practice.
