Polite staff, great service. All around good experience. I will give them 5 stars because the dentist and staff are extremely nice and do a great job... However, their lockdown policies are asinine. They make you fill out multiple forms about your exposure to coronavirus before arriving, and then you have to call ahead before you are let into the lobby even if you have an appointment. If someone drives you to your appointment, they cannot come in the lobby with you. Furthermore, they make you wear a mask in the waiting room (even though they are literally going to be inside your mouth the whole time you are there....hmmmm). I understand they are probably just following the media hype on this glorified flu that is covid (the infection fatality rate is around 0.25%), but I wish they'd wise up and do away with this ineffective and unnecessary charade.

I have been a patient of Dragonfly Dental for four years . I have dental insurance . I was overcharged three times $115.00 , $28.40 and $93.80 . They will never notify you if they owe you money . I asked office manager Cathy why is this happening . She said she does not know. Cathy is rude and unprofessional .When they own you money Cathy makes it as difficult as possible to get a refund . I was overcharged on 9/17/19 . I finally got my refund on 6/26/20, nine months later .I also talked to dentist Navidomskis and told him about problem and asked if they can not get it right just bill me , He said he could not do this and he never knows what the insurance company covers .If you don't know what insurance covers call them . I asked why the office does not notify me on overcharge. He said they just credit your account. Every time I had an office visit I paid on the spot . If I owned them money they would of had a collection agent on me. If they overcharge you, you should be ready for all kind of excuses and make you wait for months to get you money back . I am not the only person complaining about being overcharged and Cathy's unprofessional and rudeness. .Look at the other reviews . I did report them to Metlife Federal Dental Insurance. Who tried to help me with refund. When they called Dragonfly Dental, someone hung up on them and several more times called back with no answer . Also for all of my dental cleaning they polishing my teeth first then clean them. I asked other hygienist and a dentist about this procedure polishing teeth first. They said never heard of it. It's like waxing your car then washing it .

Went in because in alot of pain dragonfly dental helped me setup a game plan and get everything fixed very reasonably priced and great ppl recommended for sure

Incredible staff. Everything was done in a timely and ethical manner. They were professionals about covid and I needed emergency dental help.

Awesome dentist. Simply fantastic. Called for an appointment and within no time Walked in with no insurance, an emergency, and a pocket full of fears, and left wondering why I ever even had them. not only did they listen to my every concern and need but they accommodated them better than I expected. Beyond that the staff was exceptional and the atmosphere was cozier than I could have imagined.

If you have anxiety and you are afraid of the dentist, fear no more!!!! The dentist and staff are very friendly and extremely caring. I won't be dreading my next visit and I will be recommending them to everyone!

I had a dental emergency on a Friday and they fit me into their schedule the same day.The staff and Doctor was very caring and very professional.I will be going back for future cleanings. Thank you again Dragonfly Dental!

I've had all four wisdom teeth taken out here on two separate appointments. The extractions were completely painless. All of the staff here is so kind and helpful and the Dr. Matt is just the best. He's so personable and kind. I will be a patient of Dragonfly Dental for as long as I am in FL.
