This place makes you pay BEFORE services are provided! Took 6 WEEKS for appointment and it as $125 just for xrays and consult! Prices on dental work were twice what I found down the street. Cleaning cost was also twice as much and 6 week wait! If you don't mind spending lots of money, go for it! Dentist was very nice and informative! There was no pressure to do business with him. Update: The dentist actually called me to discuss my review, WOW! Give him credit for that! We went over my comments plus some other concerns I had and he listened to them. He promised to look into the situation. I truly hope he does

Great place! When I was uninsured they went out of their way to work me in quickly and to give me the most direct answers to my dental needs. Now that I have dental insurance I still refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and the dentist explains everything as he goes along. Would definitely recommend for premium care.

Hands down, the best dental office I have ever been to!. Not only is Dr. Matt efficient, he is extremely courteous and gentle. He explained in detail the reason I was having discomfort and the treatment he recommended. I put off going to a dentist for three years because of my fear. But no longer. ALL INSURED PATIENTS BEWARE OF SCAM! I can not beleive the run around by this office. I paid out of pocket for my exam 300+ dollars and insurance reimbursed for same visit as I have received my EOB. This office has blocked all number I have called from. They refuse to answer or reschedule my procedure after telling me they would be completing my crowns. They are refusing my refund or procedure. Doctor was suppose to call and never has. I will be reporting to the FLDOH and BBB. This is complete insurance fraud. I have given ample time to make ammends with this office yet they refuse to. Can not call can not get refund and can not get even a phone call. This is the worst medical experience i have ever had in my life. I will be pursuing a claim against this practice at this time as the treatment has been so utterly disrespectful. This is how you lose patients. They are frauds. Never go to a practice that makes you pay up front when you have medical benefits.

If I could i would give this practice a -10. Cathy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful and very cold on the phone. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE BEWARE. They will lie to you and scam you if you have a refund coming. They will refuse and block your number if you have questions about your account/billing. Seek league advice if you are a victim of this office.
