Dragonfly was able to get me in quicker than any other place when I had excruciating pain. The staff was so friendly and polite. The dental assistant never stopped cleaning which great to know nowadays. Everybody was very professional.

I was recently experiencing my very first toothache. I called dragonfly dental and asked if I could be seen sooner than later. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and was able to squeeze me in within a day of my call. I was very nervous about being seen as I had never even had a cavity prior to this visit. Check in was very easy, everything is done digitally. After checking in, the assistant brought me back and asked a few questions, always trying to put my mind at ease. Both the assistant and the dentist explained everything very thoroughly prior to their examinations or testing. All the staff was very professional and polite and made my visit very pleasant even though I have been in a lot of pain. I would recommend this office to anyone for just regular examinations or any urgent needs.

I was able to get into my appointment on time, I didn't have to sit and wait like some other offices I have been to. The Dentist is extremely friendly and the staff as well.

When I chipped a tooth, I knew I needed to see a dentist quickly. Other local offices were giving a 2-3 week wait time, but Dragonfly was able to get me an appointment the very next business day. The whole process of setting an appointment, filling out new patient paperwork electronically at home before my visit, and the visit itself were very smooth and easy. The staff and Dr. Navidomskis were all very friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit pleasant and efficient. The office is very clean, as well. We recently moved to Port Charlotte and chose Dragonfly Dental because of the excellent reviews and I'm glad I did. They were friendly and were able to schedule me and my boyfriend together. We were in and out much quicker than expected. I have a lot of dental anxiety. The dentist and staff were focused on making sure we were as comfortable as possible. They're still following Covid precautions which I appreciated.

Usually going to the dentist isn't a very fun thing to do but the staff is very nice and personable. They were kind enough to take me early because my girlfriends appointment was earlier than mine. The Dentist was very informative and explained things so that I could understand. He doesn't want to do unnecessary work but will tell you about work that can be done and let you decide. Wonderful experience will be coming back.
