My experience at Dragonfly dental has been very streamline and pleasant. All the paperwork I had to fill out was electronic, so I didn't need to print and then scan it. I appreciated the quickness and simplicity of that. The office is nicely decorated and clean. The staff is polite AND friendly, not just professional but cold. I appreciate their prompt answers to all questions I have had. The doctor is very down to earth, and humble. He is transparent with his prices and discusses options for work needed. He didn't force me to take any route for my dental work, he gave me all the information and allowed me to choose. His prices are fair and the work is good quality. I have gone 3 times so far and had a tooth removed and the stitches now removed. I was very comfortable, and was told what to expect each time they entered my mouth. The doctor and assistants explain every step of every process, and don't keep you in the dark. I have not experienced unnecessary discomfort or pain for any of my visits. They do ask you to wear a mask, but if you don't mind doing that for an appointment here and there, in exchange for great service, it is worth it.
