I spent almost 2 years calling around every dental office listed in my insurance, only to find that most are not accepting new patients or appts were booked out 6 months or more. I called Dragonfly and they had availability within weeks of my call, were extremely efficient, friendly and well organized. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great experience at this office. The admin team, staff and dentist were all very welcoming. My daughter and I are happy to have found a great, caring and attentive staff for our dental care.

Wow! What a Incredible Staff from all the ladies working at the front desk to the ladies doing the X-rays and getting me situated before seeing the Dr. ,The Doctor was just so kind and very well mannered and took his time to explain everything to me and how he wanted to move forward. This was the first time I had saw a dentist in about 25 yrs because of health problems and terrible Anxiety and I had just called this morning because of terrible pain in my teeth and gums and they squeezed me in today and I'm So Thankful for that.Without a doubt I would Highly recommend Family and Friends and whoever else reads this Post to definitely give Dragonfly Dental of port charlotte a try !

The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between, they make you feel welcomed, comfortable and keep you informed on all steps of your treatment. If you get nervous to go to the dentist like many do, this place is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Dragonfly Dental!

Amazing staff from initial phone call to exam. Every member of staff has delivered exceptional customer service. Couldn't be more please and will be dragging everyone I know with me to this practice!

My experience here was terrible! The dentist worked on deep cleaning just about 5 mins!! ( no polish the teeth) and I waste my time waiting outside about 30 mins. First they were put my appointment at 9.50 but the day before they called to changed to 9.00. When I shown up the receptionist said 'I'm not ready for you. You have to wait outside' then..that's why I have to wait until 9.30. Why?? This is non professional and very rude the way she treated patient. We will find out the other good one..the better one. If you looking for good dentist won't waste your time here.

Dr. Navidomskis was great. I felt very comfortable and he was very thorough with my dental plan. Jamie at the front desk is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Navidomskis.
