I went to this office as a new patient back in 2020. I only went one time because I was charged a $25 fee for “upgrades” and additional PPE due to Covid. The fact they they were charging patients fees for changes that had to make during Covid was off putting to me. Everyone had to take extra precautions and use additional PPE. I don’t understand why this wouldn’t have been a business expense. During my visit, I was told that I had SIXTEEN CAVITIES! At the time, I had Invisalign and still had the attachments on my teeth so they said I would have to wait until my Invisalign treatment was completed and the attachments were removed. I had the attachments removed and I have been avoiding going to the dentist for the last three years because I was told I had so many cavities. I went to the dentist for the first time in three years today and was told I had ZERO CAVITIES. The “cavities” I had was actually just staining on my molars. I am not too sure where the disconnect was. From my understanding, cavities do not heal on their own. So the dentist was either lying or didn’t know what she was talking about. Unless the cavities miraculously healed on their own. I would say take their advice here with a grain of salt if they tell you that you have a bunch of cavities. Maybe get a second opinion

Overall ….. the BEST!. The whole team is on the same page. Professional. Kind and compassionate. A wonderful team that go all out to make you feel welcome and comfortable. From the time you enter and check in, Robbie goes above and beyond to assist with questions. I actually look forward to going to this dental practice! My Dental Family!
