I usually don't write reviews very often but if I get great service, I think it would be injustice if I don't appreciate it by providing a deserving review so others can benefit from it. I am so glad that I had chosen the NGS for a molar tooth extraction done before the implant of that tooth. Their whole team was very friendly and professional. Dr Juma and her assistant Ms Kristin were amazing. Their friendliness, professionalism and confidence made my fear disappear. The whole procedure went completely painless and my healing was quick. Dr and her assistant provided very clear instructions in regards to the care and caution to be taken during the healing process. Amanda, their financial advisor, was very professional and friendly; she took time to answer all my questions and provided information how I could get a interest free loan for dental procedures.

I had a great experience during my visit to North Georgia Smiles. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the office was clean and well organized. Dr. Hailey was very kind and thorough. She clearly explained the procedures; went above and beyond and gave me better cosmetic results than I expected, her quality of work is excellent. I left feeling confident and happy with the results. Kristine, the assistant, is very nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciated the gentle care and professionalism from the entire team. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality dental work!
