Great people! Very caring. State of the art. That's what I want in dental care. We only get one set of teeth. They care!!

Do not stand behind their words (or work it seems). On they way out of office, from having a crown re-attached, which they placed under the $20,000+ worth of work done previously, was told there would be no charge. Received a bill for over $200 a week later. Called to dispute but apparently the dentist was not true to her word and does not stand behind the groups work.

Horrible Experience! Just moved to GA and their location was convenient from my home. Front office reviewed my dental coverage before providing service to myself and my family. They told me that they called my insurance provider (a national name brand carrier) and that there would be no charge for a standard cleaning and X-Rays. After service was provided they said that the insurance carrier didn't pay them the full amount they submitted so they sent me an exorbitant bill for the difference. Apparently if they feel they're not reimbursed enough they'll bill you for whatever they want. What a bunch of Con-artists considering we chose them after they reviewed our coverage.

Complete scam. Told me I needed unnecessary procedure, told me insurance was covering over half of it, and then proceeded to tell me insurance didn't cover it. There are PLENTY of Dentists in the area, this is not the place to go.

Was on the hunt for a new dentist in the Cumming GA area and found N. GA Smiles... For what it's worth, I had a very pleasant experience and am looking forward to working with them. I saw Dr. Bisig and appreciated her receptiveness to my concerns. They were helpful, pleasant, and very clear in determining expectations with next steps. Highly recommend.

They suggested that a procedure that was needed for my teeth. Based on my insurance plan, they told me that a total of $70 would only be needed. So I made an appointment. After completing the procedure, they charged me $200 during check out. I asked why. They told me the additional $130 was some copay. I was not very happy but I still paid. After a few weeks, I received a bill of more than $400 from them. I was shocked so I called them. They simply told me the insurance didn't pay so they have to bill me. At that moment, I realized that they were playing a game on me. So the cost went from $70 to more than $600. You can imagine how upset I am with their services.

This practice is an amazing practice. I had an emergency with my tooth they got me right in, comforted me and helped me discuss my options. The office manager was very sweet and listened. The dentist gave her real advice and I felt like she cared about my best interest. Was referred out and had my tooth removed the next day after they helped me. I am telling everyone how fantastic they were and will be returning next month to them after I heal!

I wouldn't give this place a half star. All they care about is getting money and no concern for the patient. They consistently try to charge me for cleanings that are covered by my insurance. I have walked out twice, this being the last time. I hadn't even made it to the back to get my cleaning before they had a "list" of things that needed to be done. How do they know what needed to be done and hadn't looked in my mouth yet? Oh and it was over $400. Really?

This was my first visit and I had a great experience,everybody was extremely nice. There was no attempt to sell me anything, office is very nice.
