Mandarin, was great! She was very patient and walked me through everything she was going to do with my cleaning. She was very thorough and made me feel at ease. I traveled over 1 hour and it was worth the trip!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this dental office! They fit me in at the last minute, and I was blown away by how professional and kind the entire team was. The dentist was attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The service was quick, but they didn’t compromise on quality. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care! I cannot thank this dental office enough for their incredible service!

I cannot say enough good things about my visit to North Georgia Smiles. I’m new to the Cumming area and have been looking for a reliable dentist. After doing a few Google searching I found this office. Called for an appointment and spoke with a wonderful lady who took the time to find an appointment that worked best for me. She was kind and able to get in me rather quickly. When I got to my appointment I was about 15 minutes early and they took me right in. Chantae took me back and sat patiently with me as I told her my dental history and the reason for my visit. She carefully explained every step she took and was extremely gentle. By the time we were finished with X-rays I felt like I had known her for years. Completely professional and gentle. Dr. Cibirka came in with a calming friendly nature that immediately put me at ease. I can get a little nervous in the dental setting but he helped in squashing those fears. He explained what he believed was happening with the tooth pain I was experiencing and walked me through all of my options. He was extremely thorough and made sure he answered all my questions. By the time I left the chair we had a plan and set a time to put that plan in motion. Once I was finished with the examination I went to the front desk to check out. I recently obtained some new dental insurance that had some stipulations that I didn’t really understand. Their financial guru, Bridget, walked through some of the hidden insurance jargon and helped me understand exactly what my bill would be. We walked through several options and she made sure I was comfortable with every step. What I really appreciated about this practice was how everyone went above and beyond in making sure I felt comfortable and informed. That is a rarity these days and I truly appreciated it. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone! Five stars for sure! 🤩
