I’ve been a patient at North Georgia Smiles since I was a child, but sadly, I’ve had to quit going due to consistent disappointments in recent years. The high staff turnover has clearly affected the quality of service here. Each visit feels rushed, and some employees have been outright rude, making the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Recently, my wife tried to schedule her first appointment (which they canceled) and was treated in an unprofessional and dismissive way. This was the final straw, and we won’t be returning. I can’t recommend North Georgia Smiles anymore, especially given the declining service and lack of respect shown to long-time patients.

Updated Review: The manager did call me back and requested to try a second chance. I was impressed that they cared and wanted me to come in again to try their services. I was very skeptical but wanted to try. The hygienist Manjiri was amazing. She was very kind, empathetic, explained everything well, shared tips on how to manage the oral hygiene and did my deep cleaning as well without forcing me to choose a gingivitis treatment plan. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED! I can see the difference at this facility now and I am recommending my husband to switch over to north Georgia smiles as well. Give a try! Old review: visited this place after seeing so many reviews on google. I was impressed when i went in. The receptionist was great, quick and helped. The waiting period was not acceptable, but i felt if we want good service, there should be patience. They took x rays, doctor said there is nothing much going on, no cavity, just need deep cleaning, looks fine. I was happy and booked an appointment with the hygienist. Took photoes for a review and I even stated that to their front desk. When i went for cleaning, she says i have gingivitis, must be fixed, need to go through a treatment plan. When i said the actual dentist looked at the scan and said i just needed deep cleaning. she went back and forth with her doctor, came back and said doctor only glanced it, but you need this treatment plan. We wont just do deep cleaning after seeing you need this. That was the worst experience. If doctor truly did that, then it is ignorance on his part, ridiculous. If they realized to con me since my insurance won’t be used for anything else and my teeth were fine, that is ridiculous too. i felt deceived, not safe in that environment, came out stating i need to check with my husband. I am giving two stars because the front desk was fantastic. The trust is built based on how much time you spend and what you say during the first visit. I am sorry to say this but I do not trust the doctor or the hygienist based on my experience. DISAPPOINTED!
